The Florida Virtual School Lab at Alane Academy is open to students in
sixth, seventh, and eighth grades.
Students complete core subjects through Florida Virtual School while
actively participating in a traditional classroom setting.
Students are included in music, art, physical education, recess, reading clubs, field trips, daily character development lessons, and more!
We believe in the power of character development,
as it is the foundation for all that we do!
Although core subjects are completed virtually using the computer, we desire to develop well-rounded individuals; therefore, we feel that it's important for the students to be an active part of a classroom and school where the environment fosters opportunities other than merely working on computers.
